摘要 随着国家示范性高职院校建设不断推进,学校内涵建设已经代替了学校文化、校园文化建设的笼统提法,提升高职内涵建设已经成为国家示范性高职院校颠覆性改革的目标,那么如何提升高职内涵建设,是摆在高职教育发展进程中的核心课题。高职内涵建设是一个包罗万象的动态探索性建设工程,本文从包罗万象的高职内涵建设中选择一个核心要素——教师文化建构,就教师文化建构对提升高职内涵建设中的作用方面展开探索。 With the constant advancement of the construction of national model of higher vocational colleges, connotation building has replaced the ambiguous wording of college culture as well as campus culture. To improve the connotation building of higher vocational colleges has already been the goal of complete reform of national model of higher vocational colleges. How to promote the connotation building of higher vocational colleges is the core subject in the course of the development of vocational education. The connotation building of higher vocational colleges is an all-encompassing and dynamic exploratory project,from which this paper picks up a critical factor, the construction of teachers culture, and then explores its role in promoting the connotation building of higher vocational colleges.
