摘要 介绍了美军装备采办信息化建设的创新工程——面向服务体系结构的采办可视化（acquisition visibility service oriented architecture,AV SOA）的基本情况;分析了美军AV SOA建设的特点,提出了对我军装备采办信息化建设的启示,拓展了我军装备采办信息化建设的视野和思路。 The paper introduces the innovation of equipment acquisition information-acquisition visibility service oriented architecture （AV SOA） and its basic information, analyzes the characteristics of the construction of AV SOA of US Army and brings forward enlightenments on our acquisition information construction, which extends our view and thinking approach about acquisition information construction.
