This paper puts forward the definition and the connotation of military range forces, and analyzes the composition structure of military range forces, and studies some construction problems about military range forces, such as personnel construction, field area construction, equipment construction, technology construction, legislation construction and etc. The paper has certain reality significance for deepening the understanding about military range forces and directing the construction of military range forces.
