基于DoDAF能力视角的武器装备体系评估方法

The Evaluation Method of Weapon Equipment System-of-Systems Based on Capability Viewpoint of DoDAF

为进行有效、规范的体系结构构建,现有体系结构大多采用美国国防部体系结构框架（Department of Defense architecture framework,DoDAF）作为指导,针对这一特征以及武器装备体系评估的特点,提出了基于DoDAF能力视角的评估方法。该方法直接从构建的体系结构中提取数据,从能力需求满意度角度上对武器装备体系进行评估。最后,以阻击式防空系统为例进行评估步骤说明和可行性分析。评估结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Most of existing architecture is guided by Department of Defense architecture framework （DoDAF） for construction with availability and standardization. Aiming at this characteristics and the character of weapon equipment system-of-systems, an evaluation methodology based on capability viewpoint of DoDAF is proposed. This method extracts data from architecture straightly, and evaluates through the view of satisfying capability requirement degree. Finally, an example of the nick type air defense system is given to illustrate the steps and availability of the methodology. Evaluation results prove the validity of the method.
