基于K线的电喷摩托车便携式故障显示仪的设计

摘要 基于K线通讯的基础,提出了一种电喷摩托车便携式故障显示仪的设计方案。该方案分别阐述了手持便携式显示仪的硬件系统和软件系统设计方法,并完成了样品的制作和测试环节。测试结果表明,该手持显示仪完全可实现显示电喷摩托车ECU中存储的故障,并且可清除其故障代码,以及查看发动机转速、节气门位置、进气歧管温度、压力等实时数据的功能,同时具备结构轻巧,工作稳定等特点。 This paper introduces a design proposal of portable malfunction displayer for EFI motorcycle based on the communication of K line. The proposal separately describes the design of hardware system and software system in the displayer. We have finished making and testing samples. After a series of tests, the results demonstrate that this device could fulfill the designed functions, such as displaying the malfunction stored in the ECU, clearing the fault codes and checking the real-time data like the engine RPM, the throttle position, the intake manifold temperature and pressure. Meanwhile, it has a light structure and its operation is stable.
