不动管柱多层CO_2压裂排液工艺技术及典型应用

摘要 不动管柱多层CO2压裂及排液一体化工艺技术是利用一趟管柱,在不动管柱的前提下,对一个、两个或三个层实施压裂,实现井下压力监测与压后井温测试,形成了集压裂、排液、求产、测压、测井温等于一体的完整配套的工艺技术。应用该技术在大庆外围油田P612井中进行了4层CO2压裂。证实这项技术能够满足探井CO2压裂的需求,使试油工序衔接得更加紧密,既可减少压裂液对储集层的浸泡时间,降低储集层的损害程度,又可降低作业成本,改善作业环境,实现绿色施工,具有广泛的推广应用前景。 The united technology of multi-layer CO2 fracturing and flowing back without pulling string can fracture one layer,two layers,or more than two layers string on condition of without pulling string and using one times of it to make true a complete set of technology that contains multi-layer fracturing,flowing back,production testing,pressure monitoring and well temperature measuring.By application of this tech to 4 layers of P612 well of peripheral oilfields of Daqing oilfields and Hailaer area,it is proved that can meet the need of CO2 fracturing of petroleum exploration well,link up the production test working procedure more close,and not only reduce the soak time of fracturing fluid to oil pay,the damage scale of oil pay,but also lose the cost of operation,improve the operation environment,and realize non-pollution operation,which has a bright popularized and applied prospect.
