不同完井方式水平井作业技术在七棵树油田的应用

摘要 水平井斜度大,水平段与油气层平行,套管对井壁的侧压力大,起下管柱摩阻大、易卡钻,对各种下井工具要求高,施工技术难度大。通过七棵树油田SW8P1、SW8P2、SW10P1井等8口水平井现场施工得到了对于带管外封隔器割缝衬管完井、套管固井完井、预置裸眼封隔器完井的水平井投产、探冲砂、扫塞、压裂等井下修井及措施作业的主要技术手段及施工参数。 Horizontal well has features of big inclination,horizontal section being parallel to the oil & natural gas layer,big lateral pressure of case to well wall,friction when pulling and lowering string being big,being easy jammed,high requirements on a variety of down hole tools,and big operation difficulty.By on-site operations for 8 horizontal wells of SW8P1,SW8P2,SW10P1,etc,in the seven tree oil field.The main technical measure and the operation parameters of the down hole work over and measures such as the case external packer slotted liner completion,cementing and completion,preset open-hole packer completion of horizontal well production,the sand washing,sweeping plug,fracturing have been gained.
