摘要
油水井修井过程中,常会遇到套管变形引起的管柱、工具被卡或管柱本体起下顺畅接箍被卡的现象,常规的套铣、磨铣打捞的方法处理,因受套管尺寸、被卡落物直径大、材质硬度高、结构等诸多因素的影响,往往达不到施工目的效果。采取内切割卡点上端附近被卡管柱,结合打捞等其它方法,由上到下切割处理被卡落物,则可大大提高修井效率,节约作业成本。
In the process of repaired oil & water well,it is often encountered that the strings and tools are stuck caused by casing deformation or the collar is stuck while the body of the string is pulled and lowered smoothly.Conventional methods of milling or fishing could not reach the operating objective because of influenced factors such as the casing size,big diameter of the stuck materials,high material hardness and material construction.Using the inner cutting tech to cut the stuck string near the top of stuck point,together with other fishing technologies,the stuck materials being cut up to down,the efficiency of repaired well increases greatly and the operation cost is reduced.
