志愿者的全力投入对于各类型的体育赛事的成功举办具有举足轻重的作用,通过查阅奥运会志愿者的相关资料和奥运会官方报告,运用文献资料法分析伦敦奥运会等近几届奥运会志愿者的招募情况,期望了解合理有效的志愿者招募以及科学的组织管理方法,为推动体育志愿者和体育事业的发展提供借鉴。

Volunteer efforts for all types of sports success have play a decisive role. This paper summarized a large number of relevant information and Olympics official reports about volunteers of the Olympic Games and analyzed the volunteer recruitment of the past four Olympic Games, in order to understand the effective volunteer recruitment and the scientific organization method, and promote the development of volunteer recruitment as well as sports undertakings.
