摘要
目的了解沂蒙山区高中学生产生焦虑的原因,以便提出防治措施。方法采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、龚耀先修订的艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、参照生活事件量表资料编制紧张性生活事件量表作为测量工具,于2010年10月对沂蒙山区某高级中学560名学生进行焦虑状况的调查。结果男女生焦虑量表平均得分差异无统计学意义,焦虑状况的发生率女生(40.25%)高于男生(32.67%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);农村学生(41.74%)高于城镇学生(15.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高三年级学生焦虑状况明显高于高一高二年级学生,差异有统计学意义。结论引起焦虑的主要原因是升学问题和恋爱婚姻;学生焦虑状况除与人格特征有关外,还与家庭和社会环境条件有明显的关系。
[Objective]To study the causes of anxiety among senior high school students in Yimeng mountain area,so as to put forward the prevention measures.[Methods]By using the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) revised version by Gong Yao-xian and the Stressful Life Events Scale made according to the data of the Life Events Scale,the anxiety status of 560 students in a senior high school of Yimeng mountain area was investigated in October 2010.[Results]There was no significant difference in average scores of anxiety scale between boys and girls.The incidence rate of anxiety in girls(40.25%) was higher than that in boys(32.67%),but the difference was not significant(P0.05).The incidence rate of anxiety in rural students(41.74%) was higher than that in urban students(15.54%),and the difference was significant(P0.01).The anxiety status of Grade 3 students was more serious than that of Grades 1 and 2 students,and the difference was significant.[Conclusion]The main causes of anxiety are college entrance examination,love and marriage.The anxiety status is not only related to personality characteristics of students,but also related to family and social circumstances.
