某轧钢厂搬迁扩建项目职业病危害预评价

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in the relocation and expansion project of a steel rolling mill

目的识别、分析、评价某轧钢厂搬迁扩建项目产生的职业病危害因素,保护劳动者的身体健康。方法采用类比法、检查表法、综合分析法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有萤石混合性粉尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、臭氧、石腊烟、噪声、高温、低温、电磁辐射和紫外辐射。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。

[Objective]To identify,analyze and evaluate the occupational hazard factors in the relocation and expansion project of a steel rolling mill,protect the health of workers.[Methods]The methods of analogy,checklist and comprehensive analysis were applied for the evaluation.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors during the production process in this project were fluorite mixed dust,welding fumes,other dust,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide,manganese and its compounds,nitrogen oxides,ozone,paraffin smoke,noise,high temperature,low temperature,electromagnetic radiation and ultraviolet radiation.[Conclusion]The possible occupational hazards during the production process of this project can be prevented,so the project is feasible from the view of occupational hygiene.
