This month, August of the year, is seized with seasonal heat at midsummer time and with sensational fever at sport shows now in full play in London Olympic Games. The heat ＆ fever waves have not run in rolling force to push the global economy into a much warmer climate as the recent economic data were released to show a slow growth in many big countries. US Federal Reserve was much expected to take new action to boost the economy which is now losing steam for a quick recovery, but Fed did not announce an immediate quantitative easing policy on Wednesday, August 1st at its own meeting for the simple reason that it wants to see if unemployment rate still hovers at the same disappointing level, and consumers＇ spending is stubbornly tepid.
