第三脑室肿瘤的显微手术治疗

Microsurgery treatment of the third ventricle tumor

目的探讨第三脑室肿瘤的显微手术治疗效果。方法对30例第三脑室肿瘤患者采取针对性的治疗措施,其中行显微直视手术患者25例,行显微直视手术加神经内镜辅助手术患者3例,行神经内镜切除术患者2例。结果手术后,有13例患者的肿瘤在手术显微镜下全部切除,12例患者的肿瘤次全切除,5例患者的肿瘤部分切除。其中有20例患者恢复良好,7例患者有所改善,1例患者植物生存,2例患者死亡。结论显微手术为第三脑室肿瘤的首选治疗方法,手术过程中要注意保护第三脑室周围的组织结构,以降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect the microsurgery for the third ventricle tumor. Methods Targeted therapeutic measures taken to our hospital, 30 cases of patients with third ventricle tumors, in which the microsurgical open heart surgery 25 patients, mierosurgical direct vision surgery and neuroendoscopy assisted surgery in 3 cases of patients, 2 cases of patients with endoscopic resection. Results After operation, 13 cases of patients with total removal of the tumor in the surgical microscope, 12 patients with subtotal resection, 5 cases of patients with partial tumor resection. 20 cases of patients with good recovery, 7 patients improved, 1 cases of patients in persistent vegetative, 2 patients died. Conclusions Microsurgery is the preferred method of treatment for third ventricle tumors, to pay attention to pro- tect the surrounding tissue of the third ventricle structure in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
