信号通路在肝细胞性肝癌发生及靶向治疗中的作用

摘要 肝细胞性肝癌(hepatocellularcarcinoma,HCC)是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有恶性度高、易发生早期播散和转移的生物学特性,且传统化疗未见生存获益。近年来,随着分子生物学的深入研究和发展,对HCC的发病机制和参与调控肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、血管形成、侵袭和转移的信号通路有了更进一步的认识。细胞内信号通路失调,最终导致细胞增殖与凋亡异常是肝细胞癌变的主要机制之一,靶向作用于这些重要的信号通路可以逆转、延迟或阻止致癌过程形成,为HCC的分子靶向治疗奠定了理论基础和提供了新的途径。
