摘要
目的了解江西省2家大型国有金属冶炼企业(A冶炼厂、B冶炼厂)工作场所空气中砷化合物浓度及其危害程度。方法对存在砷危害的作业岗位进行现场调查,并对空气中砷化合物浓度进行现场检测。结果 A厂和B厂车间空气中各作业点的砷化合物浓度总合格率分别为98.4%和100%,个体采样均全部合格。根据《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第2部分:化学物》(GBZ/T 229.2-2010)的规定,A冶炼厂排风机处砷化合物作业分级为Ⅱ级,属中度危害作业,两冶炼厂其他工作场所砷化合物作业分级均为0级,属相对无害作业。结论 2家金属冶炼厂针对砷危害所采取的控制措施是切实可行的,可有效保护工作场所作业人员的职业健康,符合职业卫生相关法律、法规的要求。
[Objective]To understand the concentration of arsenic compound and it's harmful level,which derived from workplaces of 2 large-sized and nationalized metal smelt enterprise(A and B).[Methods]Spot investigation was performed at all work sites with arsenic exposure.Witnessed inspections for arsenic compound in workplace air was also conducted.[Results] The total pass rate of the concentration of arsenic compounds was 98.4% and 100% in workplace air of enterprise A and B,respectively.And all the concentration of the individual samples did not beyond the national standards.According to GBZ/T 229.2-2010" Classification of Occupational Hazards at workplace Part 2: Occupational Exposure to Chemicals ",the hazard scale of arsenic compound of exhaust fan was Scale II,also defined as moderate hazard work.And that of other work sites in both factories was Scale 0,belonged to relative harmless work.[Conclusion]The measures token by the two enterprises are very useful in controlling the harm of arsenic,and it can effectively protect all the workers' health,which conform to the law and legislation in the field of occupational health.
