某纸加工企业职业病危害因素现状调查

Present situation investigation of occupational hazard factors in a carton factory

目的识别、分析某纸加工企业日常生产中存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出合理可行的职业病防护对策,为企业加强职业卫生管理工作提供依据。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》等职业卫生标准、规范,采用职业病现场调查,工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该企业进行现状调查。结果该企业存在的职业病危害因素有四氯乙烯、丙烯酸和其他粉尘,经检测空气浓度均合格。印刷工、操作工接触噪声的8 h等效声级[85.6～92.5dB(A)]超过了职业接触限值。结论该企业采取的职业病危害防护设施、措施基本可行,存在的职业病危害因素基本能够控制,但需加强部分工作场所的噪声控制措施。

[Objective]To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in the production of a carton factory,evaluate the occupational protective measures and its effect,put forward the reasonable and feasible prevention strategies of occupational disease,and provide the basis for occupational health management of enterprises.[Methods]According to the Hygienic standard for the design of industrial enterprises,the factory was investigated by occupational health field survey and detection of occupational hazard factors in workplaces.[Results]The occupational hazard factors in this factory were tetrachloroethylene/acrylic acid and other dusts,and all of their concentration in air met the standards.The 8h equivalent sound exposure level of the printers and operators [85.6~92.5 dB（A）]exceeded the occupational exposure limits（OELs）.[Conclusion]The protective measures and facilities of occupational hazards of this carton factory are feasible,and the occupational hazard factors can be basically prevented.However,the measures for controlling noise in some workplaces should be improved.
