摘要
目的通过对某汽车零部件公司二氧化碳保护焊作业的职业病危害防护设施的改造,使二氧化碳保护焊岗位的职业病危害因素的浓度低于国家职业接触限值。方法运用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、卫生工程检测等方法进行识别、检测和分析。结果整改前共检测了20个二氧化碳保护焊岗位的电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物,其中电焊烟尘合格率为20%,锰及其化合物合格率为30%。整改后共检测了20个二氧化碳保护焊岗位的电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物,其中电焊烟尘合格率为95%,锰及其化合物合格率为95%。结论二氧化碳保护焊作业的职业病危害防护的改造措施是可行的,电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物的浓度得到了较好的控制。
[Objective]Through rectification of occupational hazard prevention facilities in carbon dioxide welding operation of a auto parts company,to make the occupational hazards concentration lower than the national occupational exposure limit.[Methods]Occupational health survey,occupational health inspection,health engineering testing and other method were adopted for identification,test and analysis.[Results] Before rectification,welding fumes,manganese and its compounds were detected on 20 carbon dioxide welding posts,the qualified rate was 20% and 30%,respectively.After rectification,welding fumes,manganese and its compounds were detected on 20 carbon dioxide welding posts,with qualified rate of 95% and 95%,respectively.[Conclusion]Rectification of occupational hazard prevention facilities in carbon dioxide welding operation is feasible.The concentrations of welding fumes and manganese and its compounds have been well controlled.
