2011年平湖市艾滋病病毒抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of anti-HIV testing results in Pinghu City in 2011

目的通过对20 357例样本的检测结果分析,了解平湖市2011年艾滋病流行情况,并为艾滋病防治工作提供可靠的依据。方法采用ELISA法对各医院送检的血清样本做HIV抗体检测,对初筛阳性样本再用硒标法和乳胶层析法复测,复测阳性血清送嘉兴市疾病预防控制中心确证实验室确证。结果 20 357份样本中确证阳性者14例,其中自愿咨询检测(VCT)4例,羁押人员体检3例,孕产妇2例,男男同性恋(MSM)2例,术前检查、公共场所从业人员及其他就诊者各1例。结论平湖市艾滋病流行主要还是集中在高危人群中,也有向普通人群扩散的趋势,性传播已成为艾滋病传播的主要途径。

[Objective]By analyzing the testing results of 20 357 samples,to understand the epidemic situation of AIDS in Pinghu City in 2011,provide evidence for prevention and treatment of AIDS.[Methods]The anti-HIV of serum samples from different hospitals was detected by ELISA,the positive samples in preliminary screening were tested again by the selenium marker method and the latex chromatography,and the positive serum samples in repetition measurement were affirmed in Confirmation Laboratory of Jiaxing Center for Disease Control and Prevention.[Results]There were 14 positive samples among 20 357 samples,including 4 cases in VCT clinic,3 cases of prisoners,2 cases of pregnant women,2 cases of MSM,1 case from preoperative examination,1 case of employee in public places,and 1 case of other clinic client.[Conclusion]The AIDS epidemic is mainly concentrated in the high-risk groups,and has the trend that is spreading to general population.The sexual transmission has become the main route of AIDS/HIV transmission.
