摘要
目的调查博兴县孕产妇饮食行为和孕期营养状况及对其妊娠结局的影响,为以后孕产妇的合理膳食及优生优育提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法对259名孕产妇的饮食行为及孕期营养状况进行调查。结果孕产妇的营养知识、态度、行为水平较高,但仍有31.3%的孕产妇营养状态一般,对合理膳食了解较少,不同文化程度、孕期不同增重和孕期不同营养状况对妊娠结局影响有统计学意义。结论建立和健全各级孕妇的健康教育机构,指导孕产妇科学合理的安排营养膳食,养成良好、科学的饮食习惯,可促进孕产妇及胎儿的健康。
[Objective]To investigate the influence of dietary behavior and nutrition status of pregnant women on their pregnancy outcome in Boxing County,provide the basis for rational diet,as well as healthy pregnancy and scientific nurture in the future.[Methods]The questionnaire survey was conducted in 259 pregnant women to investigate the dietary behavior and nutrition status.[Results]The levels of nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior of pregnant women were good,but 31.3% of pregnant women had poor nutrition status and knew less knowledge about the rational diet.The education level,weight gain and nutrition status during pregnancy had a statistically significant effect on pregnancy outcome.[Conclusion]It is necessary to establish and perfect different levels of health education institution of pregnant women,guide the pregnant women to plan the scientific and reasonable diet,get into the habit of scientific dietary habits,so as to improve the health of pregnant women and their fetus.
