Chemical shrinkage and electrical resistivity of cement at early age

摘要 研究了水灰比分别为0.3,0.4和0.5的硅酸盐水泥浆体在3d龄期内的化学收缩与电阻率的变化规律,并根据非蒸发水含量计算了水泥的水化度,讨论了化学收缩与水化度之间的关系以及电阻率与水化度之间的关系.化学收缩采用ASTM C1608—07规定的膨胀测定法进行测试,电阻率采用无接触电阻率法进行测试.结果表明:水泥浆体的化学收缩与水泥的水化度之间具有较好的线性关系;对于不同水灰比的水泥浆体,当龄期在12h以上时,化学收缩与电阻率之间存在较好的线性关系,可以根据电阻率计算水泥的水化度和化学收缩. The correlation between chemical shrinkage and electrical resistivity of Portland cement pastes during 3 d was focused,and the pastes with different water to cement ratios of 0.3,0.4 and 0.5 were used.The non-evaporable water was measured for determining the degree of hydration of the cement pastes.The relationship between the chemical shrinkage and degree of hydration and the relationship between electrical resistivity and degree of hydration were investigated.The chemical shrinkage was measured by dilatometry according to ASTM Standard C1608—07.The electrical resistivity was measured by a non-contacting electrical resistivity apparatus.The results show that the chemical shrinkage has a linear relationship with the degree of hydration.The relationship between chemical shrinkage and electrical resistivity appears to be roughly linear after 12 h.It is noticed that the electrical resistivity after 12 h can be used to determine the degree of hydration and chemical shrinkage.
