摘要
介绍了沈阳市财源建设的现状及存在的问题:财政支出压力大,收入构成不合理,营业税和增值税较高。分析了后续财源建设的有利和不利因素并提出了针对性措施,以实现经济和财源双赢。
The current situation and existing problems of the financial resources construction in Shenyang City are described, the pressure of financial expenditure; the unreasonable constitution of revenue growth; and the high business tax and VAT. The favorable and unfavorable factors of the construction of the follow-up financial resources are analyzed, and specific measures are proposed to achieve economic and financial resources win-win situation.
