External Electron Donor Technology in the Preparation of Polypropylene

摘要 从外给电子体在聚丙烯制备中的作用出发,从外给电子体种类、外给电子体对活性中心的影响和外给电子体的作用机理等方面,综述了丙烯聚合催化体系中外给电子体技术的研究进展,重点介绍了外给电子体的位阻效应和电子效应对丙烯聚合催化体系的影响,指出了性能优异的外给电子体应具备的结构特征,即带有大位阻烃类取代基和小位阻烷氧基取代基的硅烷类化合物,介绍了复合外给电子体技术和丙烯共聚中外给电子体的作用,并对聚丙烯制备中外给电子体技术的发展趋势进行了展望。 The advances of the external electron donor technology in Ziegler-Natta catalyst system for propylene polymerization, including the types, the effects on the active center and the action mechanism, were reviewed. This paper especially emphasized the influences of structure effect and electron effect of donors on polypropylene catalyst system, and pointed out the typical structure characteristic of excellent external electron donors, which are silane compounds with both hydrocarbon substituent of big steric hindrance and alkoxy substituent of small steric hindrance. Besides, the role of external electron donor in propylene copolymerization and mulriple external electron donor technology, and the development trend of the external electron donor technology were introduced.
