摘要
静压传动和液力传动技术在工程机械中广泛运用,凿岩台车是井下凿岩钻孔的主要设备,本文介绍了地下矿山无轨车辆液力传动和静压传动的组成、基本结构和工作原理,阐述了液力传动和静压传动系统的特点以及静压传动系统在地下矿山无轨车辆上的应用。凿岩台车是井下凿岩钻孔的主要设备,分析比较H282和A6凿岩台车的传动系统的工作原理、优缺点以及匹配原理,详细说明了A6凿岩台车的传动系统,更好地为凿岩台车的开发、设计、选配提供依据。
the hydrostatic transmission and hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in underground rock drilling in mechanical engineering, drilling rig is the main equipment, this paper introduced the underground trackless vehicles hydraulic transmission and hydrostatic transmission components, basic structure and working principle, elaborated the hydraulic transmission and hydrostatic transmission system, also the characteristics of the hydrostatic transmission system in underground mines and the application of rail vehicle. Drill rig is the main equipment of underground rock drilling, analysis and compared H282 to A6 drilling rig, on their drive system working principle, advantages, disadvantages and the matching principle, also provides a detailed description on the A6 drilling rig drive system, offers better gist for the drilling rig development, design, selection basis accordingly.
