In this article,the characteristic of 06Ni9,problems in the initial production were introduced. The water radio, roller gap and roller speed, these key parameters were analyzed. Effective methods used to adjust these parameters were put forward. Finally, hardening model was finded that it can effectively control the planeness of 06Ni9.
