构建基于个人德性和社会正义的现代慈善伦理

Modern charity ethics based on personal virtues and social justice

现代慈善伦理不仅包括传统意义上基于个人的德性伦理,也包括基于社会正义的规范伦理。被大众广泛认同、体现社会正义的规范伦理,是个人德性伦理的必要支撑。当前,我国正处于传统慈善向现代慈善转型的时期,在继承和改造传统的个人德性伦理的同时,要适应现代慈善事业的组织化、规模化、普遍化和公共化特征,更加注重构建基于社会正义原则的规范伦理,形成完整、理想的现代慈善伦理生态。

Modern charity ethics not only includes the traditional personal virtues, but also normative ethics based on social justice, with the latter being widely recognized as the necessary support of the former. At present, our country is transforming from traditional charity to modern charity. While inheriting and reforming traditional per- sonal virtue ethics, it is necessary to adapt to the organization, scale, generalization and public characteristics of modern charity. More attention should be paid to principles of normative ethics based on social justice to form a complete and ideal modern charitable ecology.
