The Shaping of University and College Students' Moral Personality in the Perspective of Harmonious Society

和谐社会一直是人类孜孜以求的社会理想,构建社会主义和谐社会是大学生道德人格塑造的重要基石,健全的道德人格是社会主义和谐社会的本质要求,两者是辩证统一的。从道德的道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德信念、道德行为五个构成要素对道德人格形成所产生的作用角度来看,大学生道德人格塑造包括五个方面:深化道德认知是起点,培育道德情感是条件,磨练道德意志是关键,建立道德信念是保证,形成道德习惯是落脚点。

A harmonious society has been an ideal society that human race has long pursued. A harmonious socialist society is the foundation of shaping university and college students＇ moral personality, and the healthy moral personality is a fundamental element of the socialist harmonious society. Both of them are dialectically unified. Jud- ging by the influence of the five constructive factors, which include moral cognition, moral emotion, moral will, moral belief and moral behavior, on the shaping of moral personality, the shaping of the undergraduates＇ moral personality lies in the following five aspects： deepening the moral cognition is the starting point; cultivating moral emotion is the condition; steeling moral will is the key point; establishing moral beliefs is the guarantee; and developing moral habits is the stance, there are five aspects in the shaping of university and college students＇ moral personality, with deepening moral cognition a starting point, cultivating moral emotion a condition, steeling moral will a key point, establishing moral believes a guarantee and developing moral habits a stance.
