促进农民工向市民的角色转换是一项复杂的社会系统工程。从社会学角色理论出发来思考农民工角色转换的途径,需要深化户籍制度和土地制度的改革,打破农民这一先赋角色对他们的制约;增进社会对农民工市民角色转换的客观认同,以及农民工对自身角色转换的主观认同;重视通过促进农民工再社会化,提高农民工的角色扮演能力,帮助他们在思想观念、行为方式、社会参与等方面真正地融入城市生活。

From a sociological role theory I analyzed the ways to promoting the conversions of migrant workers roles.Deepening the system reform to break the restriction of role ascribed,promoting the recognition to the migrant workers and improving their role-playing abilities are good ways to help migrant workers better integrate into the city.It plays a very important part in improving people's livelihood,promoting social stability and improving the level of urbanization.
