CAMPUS Asia is an action plan joint drawn and promoted by Chinese,Japanese and Korean governments,aiming at promoting the mobility of university students among the three countries.This plan has entered the implementation stage,with the active participation of key universities of the three countries in the pilot programs.Understanding the background,characteristics and significance of this plan will help university administrators better grasp the future of this plan and help universities take a proper attitude of participation.Through analyzing the background of CAMPUS Asia and reviewing its formation process,this paper explains its characteristics and significance and thereupon exposes its future development.
