摘要
本文从生理学、生物化学和分子生物学 3个方面综述了昆虫几丁质酶的研究进展 ,并概述了它在害虫防治、主要是在抗虫育种中作为重要的基因源中的应用。
This paper summarizes recent progress of insect chitinase in the areas of physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Its potential use in transgenic plant pesticides is also reviewed.
