摘要
记述采自中国贵州省的飞虱科 Delphacidae皱茎飞虱属 Opiconsiva 1新种 :白边皱茎飞属 O.albimarginata,sp.nov.。
In the present paper, one new species of the genus Opiconsiva Distant is described and illustrated from Guizhou Province, China. The type specimen is deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University. Opiconsiva albimarginata Chen et Li, sp. nov. (Figs. 1～9) Brachypt. f. ♂: Body length 1.5 mm; tegmen length 0.75 mm. This new species is similar to O. nigra Ding et Tian, but can be distinguished from the latter by the following characters: smaller size; carinae of apical half of vertex and carinae of frons white; posterior areas of pronotum white; tegmina with white narrow margin; laterodorsal angle of pygofer reflected mesad; aedeagus with small teeth at apex and middle. Holotype ♂, Banzhai of Maolan (500 m, 25°30′N, 108°10′E), Guizhou Province, 23-Ⅹ-1998, coll. Chen Xiangsheng.
