The countrywide database was constructed in the second time countrywide land survey.The construction of countrywide database lays the foundation for integrated management of land resource,which is a milestone in the process of land resource management.In order to ensure that the result of the second time countrywide land survey can be kept under the present situation,this paper analyses the result of the second time countrywide land survey and the purport of dynamic detection of land use by remote sensing,then discusses the methods and matters needing attention in the application of remote sensing in dynamic detection of land use changes.
