Strategies for Developing the Professional Qualities of Rural English Teachers in Primary School

本文通过分析目前我国农村小学英语教师专业素质存在的问题,提出了通过强化职业技能培训,加强职业道德教育,提高科研能力与水平等策略,促进新课标下农村小学英语教师专业素质的培养。

This thesis has analyzed the problems about the qualities of rural English teachers in primary school.To improve the professional qualities of the teachers,it works out some strategies by means of strengthening the training of professional skills and professional moral consciousness,improving their abilities of research and so on.
