下毛目纤毛虫的系统修订Ⅲ散毛亚目:游仆亚目(纤毛动物门)

SYSTEMATIC REVISION OF THE ORDER HYPOTRICHIDA Ⅲ SPORADOTRICHINA AND EUPLOTINA (CILIOPHORA)

对散毛亚目Sporadotrichina和游仆亚目Euplotina中的科属进行了重新修订。散毛亚目的特征为腹面棘毛数目少且分组化,游仆亚目的特征为右缘棘毛均退化。修订后的散毛亚目有5科20属,游仆亚目4科11属。盘头虫科Discocephalidae虫体前端形成明显的头部;侧毛虫科Pleurotrichidae缘棘毛至少有一侧为多列;稀毛虫科Psilotrichidae虫体形状一般不规则,可形成细胞质突起;尖毛虫科Oxytrichidae额、腹、横棘毛通常按8∶5∶5方式排布;腹柱虫科Gastrostylidae额、腹、横棘毛不按8∶5∶5方式排布;尾刺虫科Uronychiidae口侧膜极发达,近乎构成一闭合的环;腹棘虫科Gastrocirrhidae虫体明显呈钟罩状;游仆虫科Euplotidae虫体通常卵圆形,口侧膜极发达;纤虫科Aspidiscidae口侧膜单一,极弱小。此外,本文给出了各科及属的检索表,并附各属纤毛图式,对部分属进行了讨论。

In the present study, the author re arranged the categories of Sporadotrichina Fauré Fremiet, 1961 and Euplotina Jankowski, 1979 (family, genera). The revised Sporadotrichina was composed of 20 genera, 5 families and the revised Euplotina,11 genera and 4 families. The characteristic of all the families in Sporadotrichina was: with a few and compartmentalized cirri in ventral. The characteristic of all the families in Euplotina was: the right marginal cirri degenerative disappearance. The basic character of each families is: Discocephalidae, with a distinct head in the front of the body; Pleurotrichidae, with at least more than one marginal cirri rows on either side;Psilotrichidae, the front part of the body was not regular and has a plasma protrusion;Oxytrichidae, Frotal cirri, ventral cirri and transverse cirri were 8, 5 , 5 in number, respectively. Gastrostylidae fam. nov., Frotal cirri, ventral cirri and transverse cirri were not arranged as 8: 5: 5. Uronychiidae, the paroral membrane well developed, which almost forming as a closed ring. Gastrocirrhidae, the body forming as bell cover like. Euplotidae, body ovoid and paroral membrane well developed. Aspidiscidae, the paroral membrane single and very small. The brief statements of the characters of the suborder, family and genera were given and their key to families were provided as well. The author introduced the character of each genera by a brief statement and the key to genera as well as the cilia patterns of the genera. For the genera with various types,the author also gave more than one cilia patterns besides the typical cilia patterns of the genera.
