碳锰合金球中锰、磷含量的分析方法研究

摘要 碳锰合金球中由于含有大量的碳不能采用常规的方法进行直接分析。本文先取较大量样品进行灼烧,计算灼烧后试样占总样的百分比,然后准确称取部分灼烧后的样品,再用硝酸铵氧化滴定法和钼蓝光度法测定其中的锰、磷含量,并根据灼烧后试样所占比例计算出样品中锰、磷的含量。本方法克服了碳锰合金球由于样品不均匀而引起的测量误差,提高了碳锰合金球中锰、磷含量分析精度和准确度。 Carbon-manganese alloy ball can not be directly analyzed by routine method for it contains a large amount of carbon. A large amount of sample was ignited, and the percentage of residue after ignition to the original sample was calculated. A portion of sample after-ignition was accurately weighed, and then manganese and phosphorus content was determined by ammonium ferrous sulphate titration method and phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometric method, respectively. Finally, the manganese and phosphorus content in original sample was calculated according to the percentage of sample after-ignition. The measurement error due to the inhomogeneity of original sample was proved to be decreased by the established method and thus the accuracy and precision have been greatly improved.
