水蜡蛾科二新种(鳞翅目:水蜡蛾科)

TWO NEW SPECIES OF BRAHMAEIDAE FROM CHINA (LEPIDOPTERA:BRAHMAEIDAE)

报道了水蜡蛾科Brahmaeidae的2新种:全斑水蜡蛾Brahmidiatotimaculasp.nov.和中华水蜡蛾Brahmophthalmasinicasp.nov.。模式标本保存在中国人民解放军农牧大学植保教研室标本室。

This paper deals with two new species of the family Brahmaeidae: Brahmidia totimacula and Brahmophthalma sinica, all the types are deposited in the Insect Collection,PLA University of Agricultural and Animal Sciences. Brahmidia totimacula sp.nov. ♂ (Figs.1 4) This new species is allied to B.hearseyi (White),similar allied but differs from the latter in:1) having more yellow streaks on the back sides of both wings; 2) with a projection between the tegumen and uncus and one round sclerotized flake on lateral innersides of the nineth segment;3)entire saculus stilfed upwards gently. Measurements in mm:length of body 43.0,length of wing 60.1,width of wing 30 2. Holotype ♂,Mt.Fanjing,(27 8°N,108 7°E),Guizhou Province,Aug.14,1988. Brahmophthalma sinica sp.nov. ♂ (Figs.5 7) This new species is related to B.wallichii (Gray),but differs mainly in: 1)only one stripes can be seen clearly on the middle of mesothorax;2)Cu 1 of fore wing is divided into two branches Cu 1a and Cu 1b ;3)submarginal line of hind wing situated slightly at outer margin;4)end of sacclus erected upwards, without bending hook. Measurements in mm:length of body 38.1,length of wing 61.8,width of wing 31.2. Holotype ♂, Duleimen Mt.Taibai(33 9°N,107 7°E),1?780?m,Shaanxi Prov.ince,Jun.24,1983.
