手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨析

Manipulative Reduction Combined with Small Splint External Fixation in Treatment of Humeral Surgical Neck Fracture

目的:研究手法复位联合小夹板外固定对肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗效果。方法:将2009年3月至2010年5月于我院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折的患者共25例,采用手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:25例患者全部骨性愈合,其中恢复者(骨性愈合,解剖复位,肩关节活动基本正常)18例,好转者(骨性愈合,功能复位,肩关节活动尚好)5例,差者(骨性畸形愈合,但骨折对位差,肩关节活动差)2例。结论:对肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用准确的手法复位联合有效的小夹板固定以及早期功能锻炼可达到骨性愈合,肩关节功能有效恢复,取得良好的治疗效果。值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of humeral surgical neck fracture on the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation.Method： 25 patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus treated in our hospital from Mar.2009 to May 2010.They were treated with manipulative reduction combined with small splint external fixation.Observing the treatment effect.Result： Among the 25 patients who were all healed,18 cases recovered（bones healed,anatomic reduction and activity of shoulder joint were normal）,5 cases improved（bones healed,reset function and the shoulder joint was still good） and 2 cases were worse（bony deformity healed,but fracture and activity of shoulder joint were bad）.Conclusion： For patients with humeral surgical neck fracture,Being taken accurate manipulative reduction combined with effective small splint fixation and early functional exercise can make bones healed and make shoulder joint function recovered effectively,It＇s effective and worthy to be promoted.
