基于功能核磁共振成像技术的阿尔茨海默症研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着医学成像技术的不断发展,核磁共振成被认为是一种无创、低风险,可观测人体病灶改变的有效方法。与传统的x射线成像以及计算机断层扫描成像技术相比,由于核磁共振成像使用的是磁场和射频辐射,因此对患者造成的辐射伤害较小。另外,由于核磁共振成像的高时空分辨率以及可实时观测的特性,使核磁共振成像为实现神经医学和脑医学的某些复杂疾病提供了临床前诊断的可能。
