StentBoost技术在冠脉介入中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价StentBoost在冠脉病变介入治疗中的应用价值。方法选取107例介入治疗需要后扩张的冠脉病变患者,分为常规后扩张组(A组)和StentBoost指导下后扩张组(B组)。对B组患者采用StentBoost指导下进行后扩张,直到支架完全扩张,贴壁良好。记录两组患者的临床资料、冠状动脉病变情况、DES植入情况,随访观察6个月内主要临床心血管事件,并在满6个月时复查冠状动脉造影。结果两组在临床资料、冠状动脉病变情况及DES植入情况等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者随访期间心肌梗死、靶血管再次血运重建率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患者支架内再狭窄率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 StentBoost指导下进行支架后扩张能进一步降低患者的支架内再狭窄率。
