炙山茱萸高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立炙山茱萸高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(含0.08%磷酸)为流动相梯度洗脱;柱温:40℃;流速:0.8 ml/min(0~50 min),0.8~1.0 ml/min(50~60 min);检测波长:276 nm(0~15 min),236 nm(15~46 min),276 nm(46~60 min);进样量:20μl。采用Q-TOF-MS-IDA-MS/MS方法对22个共有峰中的16个色谱峰进行了定性鉴别。采用该方法测定了10批不同来源的炙山茱萸。结果该方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。结论该研究为炙山茱萸的全面质量评价奠定了基础。 Objective To establish the fingerprint of Corni Fructus Praeparata Cum Melle by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic fingerprint was obtained with Dikma Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and a gradient elution with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.08% phosphoric water.The column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃,and the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min(0-50 min),0.8-1.0 ml/min(50-60min).The detection wavelength was 276 nm(0-15 min),236 nm(15-46 min) and 276 nm(46-60 min).The injection volume was 20 μl.Sixteen chromatographic peaks were identified by Q-TOF-MS-IDA-MS/MS method.Ten batches of Corni Fructus Praeparata Cum Melle were determined.Results Good precision,stability and repeatability were obtained.Conclusion The studies lay a foundation for a comprehensive quality evaluation of Corni Fructus Praeparata Cum Melle.
