对当前信息环境中伦理困境的分析

Analysis on the Ethical Dilemma in Information Environment

当前出现的各种信息伦理问题,严重阻碍了信息环境的良性发展。本文从伦理学视阈深刻地分析了信息环境中伦理困境形成的原因,并根据我国信息环境的实际情况提出了信息环境优化的对策:即培育信息行为主体的道德责任;完善信息伦理规范;加强信息制度建设;实现信息技术的合理利用。

From an ethics perspectives, this paper analyses the cause of ethical dilemma in the information environment, and proposes to optimize the information environment for countermeasures following the follow the actual condition： cultivating the moral responsibilities of the information actors, improving the information code of ethics, strengthening the information system construction, and achieving the reasonable use of informa tion technology.
