摘要
本文结合数字图书馆的特点及绩效评价指标的设计原则,基于层次结构分析法设计了数字图书馆绩效评价的三级指标体系,建立了数字图书馆绩效评价模型,并给出了运用层次分析法确定指标的权重系数的实施步骤,对数字图书馆的绩效评价研究具有一定意义。
According to the characteristics of digital library and principles of designing performance measurement indicators, three levels of indicators are designed and a digital library performance measurement model is established by applying the AHP method. Meanwhile, the steps of AHP method are given to define weight coefficients of indicators , which is useful for studying digital library performance measurement.
