摘要
本文介绍了科技查新对科研管理的意义,主要阐述了沟通过程在科技查新工作中的作用,同时强调科技查新工作具有相对性,最后指出查新员综合素质对查新工作的影响。
This paper briefly introduces the significance of sci-tech novelty retrieval, and then mainly expounds the role of communication in scientific novelty assessment. At the same time, it emphasizes the relativity of sci-tech novelty retrieval. Finally, it points out the influence of comprehensive quality of the personnel in charge on the results of retrieval.
