建立黄河三角洲区域性医学信息资源联盟的构想

The Idea of Building the Regional Medical Information Resource Alliance of Yellow River Delta

本文通过对黄河三角洲地区医学文献信息资源现状分析,提出了建立区域性医学信息资源联盟与服务平台的可行性和必要性,并从联盟的构建模式、构建策略等方面提出联盟构建的设想以及相关的保障措施,同时对联盟建设中应注意的相关问题进行了探讨。

Through the analysis of medical literature of the Yellow River Delta resources, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of regional medical information resource alliance and service platform, and puts forward the construction idea and safeguard measures from the construction model and building strategies of the alliance,and discusses the problems in the alliance building.
