中西医结合对冠状动脉介入治疗术后冠状动脉再狭窄的影响

Effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on coronary restenosis after intervention

目的观察中药冠心生脉丹对冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)术后患者冠状动脉再狭窄的影响。方法将80例PCI术后患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规西医治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加冠心生脉丹。治疗6个月后复查冠状动脉造影,并根据临床症状判断冠状动脉再狭窄发生率及临床疗效。结果治疗组冠状动脉再狭窄发生率17.5%,对照组冠状动脉再狭窄发生率57.5%,2组再狭窄发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率67.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论冠心生脉丹结合西医常规治疗能够改善PCI术后患者临床症状,对冠状动脉再狭窄能够起到很好地防治作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxinshengmaidan on coronary restenosis after percuta- neous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods 80 cases of PCI were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Guanx- inshengmaidan on the basis of control group treatment. Coronary angiography was reviewed after 6 months of treatment restenosis rate and clinical efficacy was determined based on clinical symptoms. Results The incidence rate of rest- enosis in treatment group （ 17.5% ） was lower than that in control group （57.5% ,P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.5% and 57.5% in control group. There was obvious difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Guanxinshengmaidan can improve clinical symptoms after PCI, and can play a good role in prevention and treatment of coronary restenosis.
