摘要 从废水池污泥中分离到一株染料脱色曲霉WZ 2 ,它对不同染料均有较好的脱色效果 .在 33~ 40℃温度范围内WZ 2对活性桃红KD 8B的脱色率为 84%~ 98% .最佳脱色温度为 33℃ ,pH值在 4.0~ 7.0范围内WZ 2对直接耐晒翠蓝GL的脱色率为 83%~ 96 % ,最佳脱色pH为 6 .0 ,碳源、氮源及接种量对其脱色率均有影响 ,染料脱色产物的紫外 可见光谱分析表明 ,可见光区 5 2 0nm处的吸收峰完全消失 ,而紫外光区的吸收峰则减弱 .图 4表 A dye decolorizing fungus strain WZ 2 was isolated from sludge and it was very effective to decolorize different dyes. The decolorizing rates were 84%~98% to Reactive Red KD 8B and 83%~96% to Direct Light Turquoise GL respectively, when temperature was 33~40℃ and pH 4.0~7.0. The optimum temperature and pH of decolorization were 33℃ and 6.0, respectively. Carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and inoculating amount could affect the decolorizing rate. The dye degraded products were determined by UV visible spectrophotometer. The absorption peak in 520 nm was almost completely disappeared, while the absorption in UV district was decreased.
