Neuroprotective effect of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator-1α in cerebral ischemia

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体(peroxisomcproliferator—activatedreceptor,PPAR)1辅助活化因子-1α(PPAIhcoactivator-1α,PGC-1α)是PPAR~的转录辅助活化因子。PGC-1α能与许多不同转录因子结合,在不同组织和生物反应过程中发挥众多功能。最近的研究显示,PGC-1α信号转导通路具有神经保护作用。文章就PGC—1α在脑缺血中的神经保护作用及其可能机制进行了综述。 Peroxisome proliferative-activated receptor (PPAR) γ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α) is a tran- scriptional coactivator of PPARγ. PGC-1α can bind with many different transcription factors. It plays a num- ber of ftmctions in the different tissues and the process of biological reaction. Recent studies have shown that PGC-1α signaling pathway has a neuroprotective effect. This article reviews the neuroprotective effect of PGC- 1αin cerebral ischemia and its possible mechanisms.
