摘要
自主安排学业进程是学分制选课的核心与关键之一。选课就要打破人才培养过程中的刻板,培养途径要变"独木桥"为殊途同归的"多通道",且这些"通道"不必始终都在同一层面,允许分岔、允许快慢分行、允许走捷径。学分制教学管理模式下选课方式的改革需对选课全过程的目标、层次、渠道、路径、关键节点进行全面的统筹优化,坚持"人才培养"这一核心,努力拓展"上天"、"入地"等多条途径,为学生提供个性化引导,同时恪守各环节的质量标准,发挥各种选课与学习方式的优势,构筑并完善多层次的选课"立交桥"。
Study planning on students' own decision is core part of course selection in point system.The enforcement of course selection is to establish multiple overpasses replacing one-track road in terms of talent nurturing.These multiple overpasses provide talents with more choices and shortcuts leading to same destination,whilst allowing students to progress at various pace.The reform of course selection in point system requires overall optimization in terms of objectives,priorities,channels,methods and milestones.The objective is centered at 'talent nurturing',establishing various ways to meet personal needs of students,whilst sticking to the quality standard of all segments,building up multiple overpasses based on advantages of course selection and study method of all walks.
