玻璃体切除超声乳化治疗睫状环阻塞性青光眼

Vitrectomy with phacoemulsification in the treatment of ciliary block glaucoma

目的评价带灌注前段玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声乳化术治疗睫状环阻塞性青光眼的安全性及有效性。方法使用带灌注前段玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声乳化术治疗睫状环阻塞性青光眼27例（27眼）。分析手术前、后视力和眼压，术中及术后并发症。结果随访3个月～1年，除1例高血压患者发生玻璃体积血，视力下降外，其余视力均有改善。全部病例术后前房加深，前房角开放。眼压下降，术前24～62mmHg，平均（36．36±9．52）mmHg，术后5～26mmHg，平均（16．36±5．76）mmHg。结论前段玻璃体切除联合晶状体超声乳化术治疗睫状环阻塞性闭角型青光眼是有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of anterior vitrectomy with infusion combined with phacoemulsification in the treatment of ciliary block glaucoma. Methods 27 cases （27 eyes ） with ciliary block glaucoma were performed with combind surgery, including anterior vitrectomy with infusion combined with phacoemulsification. To analysis the visual acuity, intraocular pressure of preoperation and postoperation. Results Followed up for 3 months to one year. The visual acuity improved in all cases except one case with vitreous hemorrhage caused by herpertension. Anterior chambers were deeper postoperation than preoperation , chamber angle became open and intraocular pressure decreased in different degree, from 24 - 62 mm Hg （ 36.36 ± 9.52） mm Hg on average preoperation to 5 - 26 mm Hg （ 16.36 ± 5.76 ） mm Hg on average postoperation. Condusions Anterior vitreetomy combined with phaeoemulsifieation is an effective method for ciliary block glaucoma.
