目的分析屈光矫正手术非常普及情况下，“裸眼视力”这个名词的适用性。方法介绍眼科健康检查时对裸眼视力判定的困惑。引用辞海对“裸”解释和裸眼视力的英语表达进行分析，解释裸眼视力这个名词的内涵。结果对准分子激光角膜屈光矫正术后，没有戴框架眼镜或隐形眼镜进行矫正的视觉辨别能力仍称为裸眼视力是不妥的。结论建议淡出或不用裸眼视力这个名词。

Objective To study the practicability of naked vision due to very popular excimer laser keratomileusises.
