On the Misunderstanding of the Open-ended Work Contract and Its Response

摘要 自《劳动合同法》颁布实施以来,其中无固定期限劳动合同条款引发了一系列社会事件。一些经济学家、法学家站在不同立场对无固定期限劳动合同提出了质疑。经过研究分析,对无固定期限劳动合同的质疑都存在不同程度的误解。文章重点回应这些误解,提出无固定期限劳动合同在提高社会资源利用率、维护职业稳定等方面都具有重要作用。 Since the issue of the Labor Contract Law ; there has been a series of social events due to the open - ended work con-tract. Some economists and legists put forward their queries on the open - ended work contract from different angles. After a earefiA study and analysis, the author found that there were some misunderstandings of the queries on the open- ended work contract in varying degrees. This article, in response to these misunderstandings, points out that the open-ended work contract is playing a wery important role in increasing the utilization rate of social resources and maintaining the employment stability.
